 أصدرت مجلة “فورين بوليسي” قائمتها لهذا العام والتي صنفت فيها الدول الأقل استقرارا في العالم، واعتمدت فيه على 12 عاملا بما في ذلك احترام حقوق الإنسان وحقوق الأقليات وغيرها.

وقد جاءت دول اسكندينافية في قاع القائمة قيما تربعت إفريقيا على المراكز العليا منها، بينما تفاجأ خبراء لكون كوريا الشمالية لم ترد ضمن الـمراكز الـ 25 الأولى.
